This is a another idea for the Batgirl redesign....  seems.. a little more couture, but I am using it as a signpost for a more supernatural interpretation...This is extremely rough.. so no hands and no proportion....

Thoughts on a Cobra design

The Cobra for the tattoo is supposed to start on the left shoulder and end in the middle of the back, where it will grasp wild flowers, extending to the right shoulder with it's tail.  Believe it or not it is a very difficult composition for me to wrap my tiny little brain around so far. Fudge. 

Blood sugar is doing really well though.

Need something to do, but I don't want to spend any money or leave the house.  That is limiting. 

I think I have hammered out a concept for the Batgirl redesign, and so now all I have to do is figure out what to do with Black Canary.  The supernatural is sorta intriguing me w/ new concepts.

New Car

I want a new car, but I don't a new car payment.  Hmmm... I don't know whether to just run my current car, which has 120,000 miles on it, into the ground or get something new.  I guess I will just keep saving up a down payment until I know what to do.

Trying to come up with a redesign for Batgirl, and it is proving to be really hard.  Have some ideas, but I am going to need to research them in depth before I committ them to paper.

So tired of politics.  I despise when people post shit on Facebook, either for or against the candidates.

Can you pay my bills?

Yah.  First of the month and it is time to start shelling out money for the bills.  Oh well, such is life!  It could always be worse. 

I have money for my comics and so I will survive.

I was just reading a post by a friend on Facebook about the 2012 Presidential Election and how this political map predicted it for Romney, and for kicks I decided to look up the map for myself.  Surprise, surprise... the thing doesn't exist at the reported website.  Why do people listen to pundits instead of checking things out for themselves?

The piece above is a cobra I am trying to work up into a tattoo for a friend's girlfriend.  If I can work it out it will become a sizable back piece.  Personally I don't know that I would want a tattoo that large (plus I have to work flower into it).  I do like the challenge that it would represent though!

The Sleepy Monkey Fell Out of the Tree

I am tired and need to catch up on my rest but I just don't sleep well anymore.  Since I work overnights 5x a week this is not unusual, but it does result in me developing a truly annoying eye twitch.  The best thing about working overnights is that it affords me the opportunity to draw...  alot! 

Tomorrow is the series finale of Chuck.  I haven't really watched it the last 3 years but I will probably watch the finale.  Tonight I will watch Project Runway All-Stars.

Day One!

I have decided to start a new blog.  I have no clue what I will put on here, but hopefully it will amount to something interesting.

Yay! Comics.

Today was an expensive day.  $50 on comics.  I really need to pare down my comic list, but it is difficult because I am really enjoying my current selection.  Oh well, finances will dictate what I can get when it is all said and done. 

'American Horror Story' is running three episodes tonight on FX.  I think it is starting with Eps. 4-- Halloween pt. 1, and concluding with Eps. 6 Piggy, Piggy.  Starts around 1 or 2 a.m. I think.

Twas Corbies

I love crows.  Apparently they have tremendous problem solving abilities and very strong personalities.  Youtube videos about crows are very entertaining.  So are the videos w/ Savannah cats.
